About Matt

One developer, start to finish.

I build WordPress and Instatic sites, custom web builds and the hosting that runs them. You work with me from first message to launch. No account manager, no hand-off.

Taking new projects

How I run things

A small client list, on purpose

I keep the client list deliberately small so every project gets proper time. Fixed quotes, one thread, and the finished work is yours.

How it usually goes

Updates in plain English
Fixed quotes before work starts
Handover guides so you're not stuck
Staging links you can see as we go

Why work with me

One person on your project

Design, build and support from the same person: one thread from first message through launch.

Direct

Same person, start to finish

Slack, email or video: you're always talking to the person designing and building your site.

Clear quotes upfront

Fixed pricing confirmed in writing before work starts: scope, timeline and deliverables spelled out.

Handover you can use

A written guide plus a walkthrough so you can edit content confidently after launch.

You own everything

Code, domain and hosting credentials are 100% yours. Stay for support if you like; never required.

Tech stack

The stack I work with most days

Instatic or WordPress for most sites. Next.js, Payload and Turso or Neon for full custom builds. React or Vue when you need more UI. Already on something else? Tell me what you run and I'll say if I can help.

Instatic and WordPress are home base.

Editable sites that are fast, maintainable and yours to own when we are done. Instatic for static-site speed, WordPress when you need its plugins.
