A website that answers the three questions people actually phone you to ask will pay for itself in the time it saves, before it wins you a single new customer. These are fixed quotes for finished, fast, editable sites you own outright.
50 / 50 payments
50% to book the work in, 50% before launch. The price you agree is the price you pay.
Two revision rounds
Each as one consolidated list of changes. Further rounds at £45/hr.
You own everything
Code, domain and logins handed over once it's paid for. Stay for support if you like.
Quoted separately
Copywriting, stock photos, logo and brand design, ongoing SEO, and third-party subscriptions. All available, so the headline price stays honest.
Pricing questions
How do you keep pricing fair?
Fairness here means certainty, not being the cheapest. You get a fixed quote in writing before anything starts, with the scope written down, so the number you agree is the number you pay. If you ask for something outside that scope I quote it separately rather than quietly absorbing it or surprising you at the end.
Why not use a website builder for less?
Builders are a reasonable choice for some businesses, and if one fits you should use it. What you get here instead is a site built for speed and search from the start, someone who answers when it breaks, and full ownership of the code and content with no monthly platform fee that rises every year.
What is the 2026 launch rate?
Every build booked and confirmed in writing before 31 December 2026 is 50% off the published price, for the first 5 projects only, in exchange for a testimonial and a short case study. The standard rate is shown struck through so you can see what the work is worth. Hosting and support stay as listed.
Do I own the site when we are done?
Yes. Once it is paid for, you get the files, logins and full ownership. I can host or maintain it afterwards if you want, but you are not tied to me.
