Opal Life Coaching needed a site that matched the tone of the business: calm, clear and easy to use, with an obvious way to book or get in touch. I'm building a custom Next.js and Payload site for Cara covering services, story, reviews, FAQs and contact.
The brief
Sound like Cara, and never hide the next step
Life coaching sites often feel either too corporate or too vague. Cara needed something that sounded like her: practical coaching, intuitive guidance and gentle support, without hiding the next step.
Three parts of the site, built around one next step
Services that read clearly
Three service cards (Life Coaching, Tarot Readings and Reiki Healing) with short copy and links through to fuller service pages. Easy to skim, with more detail when someone wants it.
About and Meet Cara
The homepage and About pages carry Cara's story in her own tone, with photography and layout that feel personal rather than templated. The Meet Cara block on the homepage introduces her before bookings.
Contact that stays simple
A contact path with email, Chichester and Eastergate context, and a short form (name, email, interest and message) so enquiries stay personal without asking for too much.
Where things stand
Live in staging, still taking shape
The core brand site is live in staging with services, story and contact in place, but the work is still ongoing. Layout, copy and content will keep changing as Cara's offering develops.
Under the hood

A custom Next.js front end with Payload CMS behind it, so services, story, reviews and FAQs are content Cara can change without me.
